Structured mock interviews, scorecards, and measurable improvement for placement season.
Learn more →Management students are entering a workforce that expects AI fluency. They're not being prepared for it.
Every recruiter evaluating your students today expects more faster thinking, structured output, and the ability to work alongside AI tools. The academic curriculum hasn't caught up. That gap shows up at every placement interview.
This isn't a technology problem. It's a training problem. And it's solvable in six weeks.

Colleges are producing graduates.
Companies are hiring professionals.
That gap is exactly where placements are lost.

From student answers to
professional thinking.
The shift isn't about knowing more. It's about operating differently — with structured thinking, professional confidence, and the ability to produce work rather than just explain it.
“Students don't just learn.
They leave with proof they can perform.”

Bridging the gap between AI and real-world careers.
Applied Intelligence Academy was founded by Godwin Paul — a strategy and operations professional working at the intersection of AI, business execution, and talent development. His work is focused on a single, critical gap: while AI is transforming how work gets done, most management and commerce students are not being trained to use it effectively in real-world roles.
Most AI education today is built for engineers. But the majority of students entering the workforce in MBA, BBA, BCom, and management programs are expected to use AI in their day-to-day roles without any structured training to do so. That is the gap Applied Intelligence Academy was built to close.
- ✓Build a generation of non-engineering professionals who think clearly and act decisively
- ✓Train students to use AI as a professional tool not a novelty
- ✓Ensure every graduate performs at the level companies expect from Day 1

Most AI workshops teach students what AI can do — tools, demos, concepts. We train students to use AI as a working professional does: in structured workflows, on real tasks, with output that can be evaluated. The difference shows up the moment your students are in an interview or at their first job — not in a quiz score.
Exclusively non-engineering students. MBA, BBA, BCom, BMS, BCA, and other management and commerce programs. Engineers are being trained to build AI. This program is built for students who will use AI in business, HR, finance, marketing, and operations roles — where no structured AI training exists today.
The pilot is designed to be low-risk and low-friction. We start with 10–15 volunteer students, run the full program, and deliver a complete outcome report. There is no long-term contract before the pilot. You evaluate the results — then decide on full rollout.
They are independent programs, each with a distinct focus. The AI Productivity Certification builds AI fluency and work execution over 6 weeks. The Interview Acceleration Lab sharpens interview performance through two scored mock rounds. Both can run independently or in sequence — the Certification creates the portfolio that the Interview Lab then helps students present and articulate.
For the Certification: output quality per session, portfolio completeness, and a final assessment. For the Interview Lab: structured scorecard per student in Round 1, and a comparative improvement sheet in Round 2 showing measurable progress. Institutional-level reporting is provided for both programs.
Flexible. Both programs run online, offline, or hybrid. Most institutional pilots run in hybrid format — live online sessions with at least one in-person session. We align with your campus schedule and batch structure.
